If you need to cancel

Air ticket cancellation fees will be based on specific terms set by the airline and borne by the passenger.

Tour fees are non-refundable after the deadlines listed above, but if a passenger or immediate family member (parent, sibling) passes away or becomes terminally ill prior to departure, we will try our best to help to request a waiver from related airlines and suppliers with a provided death or doctor’s certificate. If the airline or suppliers deny such a waiver, on a case-by-case basis, Signet Tours may convert the land payment to a nonrefundable credit redeemable up to one year.

30 days before tour departure, we will send official Travel Documents to you or your travel agency’s email to confirm your trip. If you do not receive them, please let us know right away.

7 days before tour departure, our system will automatically send a Group Chat Invitation to inform you or your agent to join our chat group for receiving on tour information during the trip.
